Responsible management is highly significant for CEWE COLOR. The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of CEWE COLOR Holding AG have for a long time now been committed to the principles of modern corporate governance. Active, open, transparent communication, a responsible system of risk management and close cooperation between the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board are a matter of course in our company.

In view of the significance of these principles for investors, customers and employees, Andreas F.L. Heydemann, Director with CEWE COLOR AG & Co OHG and a member of the Board of Management of CEWE COLOR Holding AG, was appointed Corporate Governance Officer on 31 December 2008.
